The Idols proudly present - "The Wizard of OZ"

The Idols are bringing The Wizard of Oz to the Little Theatre Leicester's stage this September 8th - 12th.

Teenage girl Dorothy, resides on a ranch with her aunt and uncle. She yearns to travel and explore the world's wonders.

As Dorothy walks Toto her trusty pup, a storm brews. They barely make it to safety before a tornado whisks their home from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical land of Oz.

There, she encounters Glinda, the Good Witch. Desiring to return home, Dorothy is advised by Glinda to seek out the Wizard of Oz for help. The Wizard gifts Dorothy magical ruby slippers, angering the Wicked Witch of the West.

On her journey, Dorothy, with Toto, meets Scarecrow, who desires intelligence; the Tin Man, who longs for a heart; and the Cowardly Lion, who seeks courage. Will the Wicked Witch of the West impede their quest...
